BLT Pizza...........Yum

BLT Pizza

4 slices bacon
Boboli pizza crust
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cups mozzarella shredded cheese
1 tomato chopped
2 cups shredded ice berg lettuce
2 tablespoons mayo

1. Preheat the oven per direction for boboli pizza crust
2. Place bacon in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, and fry until browned, but not crisp. Drain on paper towels.
3. Brush pizza crust with olive oil. Spread the shredded mozzarella over the crust, and arrange the tomatoes over the cheese. Chop bacon, and sprinkle evenly over the pizza.
4. Bake pizza for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted in the center. While the pizza is in the oven, toss the shredded lettuce with mayonnaise, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Top the finished pizza with the dressed lettuce, and serve immediately.

Yummy hope you enjoy it and it is so easy! It is especially good with a glass of red wine.

Sonia Beauchesne Jewelry

Lately we’ve been seeing alot of
nature-inspired jewelry.
Maybe it’s the approaching springtime.
Maybe it’s a need
to feel closer to Mother Nature when
so much that surrounds us is
industrialized and harsh.

Whatever the reason, we find ourselves
gravitating towards a lovely collection
of organic jewelry offered by metalsmith
Sonia Beauchesne that features feathers
in many shapes, sizes, and range of details.
It’s a collection called “ If I Had Wings.”

Sonia has other collections and one-of-a-kind work
as well but it’s her "If I Had Wings" collection
 that seems to inspire us the most.
There is so much exquisite detail in each
piece and each is surprisingly
different from the others.
Embellished with pearls and 18K gold chips,
the richly detailed sterling silver
pieces evoke a closeness to nature that
we find appealing.

Times have really changed and we have come a long way. Will has his own red lap top {yes of course it has to be his favorite color} Will is 5 I don't think computers even existed when I was 5.

Kitty Kitty...

He is mischievous, entertaining and unpredictable but such a nice addition to our family. But the one issue I have is that he demands to be fed before I even have my first cup of coffee.
